The Town of Diamond Valley is currently operating from two office locations.

• The main office (in the former Town of Black Diamond) is located on the upper level of 301 Centre Avenue West.
• The satellite office (in the former Town of Turner Valley) is located at 514 Windsor Avenue NW.

Both municipal office locations are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  During those hours, staff are available to meet with the public, set up accounts, accept bill payments, and provide information about community resources.  If you would like to book an appointment to speak with a specific staff member or department, please call 403-933-4348 to schedule your meeting in advance. 

Payments can be made at either office during office hours.  There is also an after-hours payment slot just to the left of the main entrance doors at  the main office, and the right hand side of the main entrance doors at the satellite office.  Online payments are also accepted.
