Login or Register for eGov
Welcome to the Town of Diamond Valley's eGov Online Account Services, your 24/7 gateway to accessing Tax and Utility Account information.
This secure online platform provides residents and property owners with convenient and private access to their accounts.
The system also allows users to receive basic information about non-owned property and assessment information, registered businesses, and accounts receivable.

Features:
- Utility Accounts: View and print current and historical utility bills.
- Tax Accounts: Access details and print copies of your tax bills.
- Accounts Receivable: Check your receivable account status.
- Licensed Animals:Keep track of any animals you have registered with the town.
- The animal shows under the principal owners account. Contact the Town to change who the principal owner is.
- Update Contact Info: Update your contact phone number and the email you use to receive taxes and utilities by email*.

Public Access:
For the general public, including realtors and lawyers, there is a public access option (no registration or login required) where you can:
- View legal descriptions, details, and assessed values of properties.
- Request and pay for Tax Certificates via Visa or Mastercard through our OptionPay portal.
- View basic information on businesses located within the Town of Diamond Valley.
Registration Process:
To register for an eGov Online Account, follow these steps:
- Go to online portal (Click Here)
- Use a Bill for Accuracy: Ensure you have a copy of your tax or utility bill for registration.
- Enter Exact Details: Enter the Name on the Bill exactly as it appears; LAST NAME, FIRST NAME. If two names are listed, use the first name.
- Email Confirmation: After submitting the form, an email will be sent to the address on file with the Town. Confirm the request if it is valid. Deny the request if you do not want someone else to access your accounts.
- Login: Once registered, you can log in to manage your accounts.
*If you are having difficulties or for a quicker process, contact 403-933-4348 and ask for assistance setting up your EGov account.
Property Search:
- No Registration Needed: Click "Dashboard" to return to the main screen, then select "Property Search." You can search by property address, roll number, legal description, or Plan, Block, and Lot.
Troubleshooting:
- Email Issues: If you don't receive the confirmation email, check all your email accounts. The email might be sent to a different email address previously authorized with the Town.
- No Tax or Utility Account: If you have an Accounts Receivable account but no Tax or Utility account, call the Town to register and access your account.

Payment and e-Services:
- Pay Your Bill: Use our OptionPay Portal for secure online payments or etransfer to info@diamondvalley.town for a no fee* option, or pay through your banking institution using your account number.
- E-Services: Sign up to receive your bills and notifications via email instead of paper mail.
