3. Burn Permits Application

5. A fire permit is NOT required if the fire is contained to an approved non-combustible receptacle located on private property.

   • Such receptacles shall not be located in a front yard, located less than 3m from any structure or property line, located beneath any tree or power line.
   • All burning materials must be clean dry wood, the fire shall be contained to a reasonable size so that embers, sparks or smoke emanating does not endanger persons or property or cause any objectionable effect on nearby property.

   *Note: Recreational Fireworks are not permitted within the Town of Diamond Valley limits.
