The Town of Diamond Valley has entered into a five-year operations and maintenance agreement with Aquatera Utilities Inc., effective January 1, 2026.
Under this partnership, Aquatera will oversee the operations and maintenance of the Town’s wastewater treatment facility and water distribution and collection systems, ensuring continued high-quality, reliable service for residents.
This collaboration supports the Town’s commitment to sustainable, efficient service delivery and long-term infrastructure stability.
