Utility bills issued on October 31, 2025 are due December 15, 2025.
Any unpaid balances for utility bills issued in 2025 that remain outstanding at the end of day on December 18, 2025 will be transferred to the property tax account for the corresponding property.
After December 18, all payments for 2025-issued utility bills must be made through the property tax account.
Property tax penalties will apply to any tax account not fully paid by December 31, 2025.
