The Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (ISDAB) hears appeals from people who have been affected by development authority or subdivision authority decisions.
The Town of Diamond Valley is part of an Intermunicipal SDAB, with Board members available from multiple municipalities. The Town provides their own Clerk for each hearing, but may gather board members from the available pool to make quorum.
