Visit the Diamond Valley Meeting Portal to view the full Agenda Package and see the Council and Committee Meeting Schedule.  On the Portal, you may also sign up to receive e-updates to be notified when Agendas you are interested in are published.  

Please note that the Portal's Livestream function is not available.  Use the Teams Meeting links posted on the portal or in the header of each Council Agenda to join a Council meeting.  Committee meetings are not generally livestreamed or recorded.

The Open portion of this meeting begins at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers.  The public can attend the meeting in person, or by joining the Teams meeting, using the link available in the Council Meeting Agenda or on the Portal.

Please be sure to notify Legislative Services, no later than 12 Noon on the day of the meeting, if you would like to participate in Question Period online, or to register/submit your question for the meeting.

If there is a Public Hearing scheduled for this Agenda, and you wish to participate in the hearing online, you are required to notify Legislative Services no later than 12 Noon on the day of the meeting, regardless of whether you have made a written submission or not.
