Diamond Valley Municipal Campground
Camping season May 1 - October (weather dependent)
The Diamond Valley Municipal Campground is a great overnight base for day adventures into Kananaskis or enjoying all the amenities and fun activities the Diamond Valley area offers. We offer 18 sites of various sizes (25-40 feet) with (30 amp) and without electricity, a centralized water station for campers, a shower and washroom (hot water is available mid May), located in the heart of our Turner Valley community.
The campground is centrally located near the pool, spray park, Sheep River, and downtown businesses, with easy day access to the wilds of Kananaskis. The Friendship Trailhead, a 3 km walking/biking path along HWY 22 that connects the historic Diamond Valley communities of Turner Valley and Black Diamond, is located in Millennium Park south of the campground.
