The Town of Diamond Valley is working diligently to establish effective bylaws and policies. Relevant documents will be posted to one of the pages (links below) as they are adopted by Council.
If, in the meantime, you require a bylaw or policy that has not been posted, please contact the Legislative Services Manager to find out if the policy or bylaw from the (former) towns of Black Diamond or Turner Valley are still active. If those documents have not been rescinded, they are still applicable in the geographical area of the (former) town that adopted the bylaw or policy. The Legislative Services Manager will assist you in providing those documents.
